Different Halos

After going through hell I started
Wondering bout heaven
Before I knew not who I was
So I had to study my lessons
During the end of days
I learned the old ways

Will I see Saint Peter?
Or will he look away?
Are there stores in heaven?
Do you still have to pay?
It sure sounds fun
Or so they say

I know who the whore is
I know about Saturn days
You might smirk while I giggle
For me it was the journey not solving the riddle
To(o) many those mysteries are hidden
Ever since I could remember
I was a man on a mission...

But I sought not riches
Or trophies
Nor fame
I suppose for me I crave
To know the ever unknowable

Can heaven be a book?
Or a wise old sage?
To answer all my questions
or is it just another plane
different dimension

Where one lives as an angel
Sorta like a promotion
End up checking out different robes
unique halos...

Sitting with the goodie goodies...
